Ordering

Can I make a change to my order?

Your wish is my command. If the item has not been shipped we would be happy to make any changes you need.

Can I cancel my order?

Oops, changed your mind? Cancel your order before it's shipped and we'll refund you quick as a flash.

If your items is shipped then no need to panic. You can still return the items for a refund. Check out the returns page for details.

How do I send the gift direct to the recipient?

Simply pop their address in the delivery section and untick the box for shipping same as billing. You will then be able to enter your address under the billing section.

Don't worry there won't be a receipt in the box. The only surprise will be their wonderful gift.

Where do I put my gift message?

Fill out the box in the checkout cart and we will do the rest.

I'm super organised and want to order in advance. How do I let you know my preferred delivery date?

Enter the date in the message box on the checkout page and relax while we handle the rest.

How do I know if my gift has been delivered?

To keep you in the know you will get order progress and delivery updates along the way. Just make sure we have a valid e-mail address or mobile phone number. p.s don't forget to check those pesky spam filters

Do you ship overseas?

No. Currently we only ship within the UK

How do I get my VIP shipping

As an email subscriber you will automatically be upgraded to next day shipping when you select the free shipping option.
